        Doctor Huang Boyun is the Chief Scientist and Honorary Chairman of the Board. It is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, production and sales of high-performance cemented carbide, integrating domestic and foreign talents and technical advantages, and a national "giant" enterprise specialized in special technologies.
