Grade
PM provides a variety of grades of high-performance cemented carbide die materials, such as precise stamping die materials, cold heading dies and drawing dies. PM cemented carbide provides the products with reasonable hardness, transverse rupture strength and fracture toughness for different working conditions, and designs reliable, optimized and stable production and manufacturing processes, which helps customers to manufacture high-quality molds.

PM’s high-performance ultra-fine/nano carbide rods such as rods with internal coolant holes can be widely used in aerospace, automotive, 5G, integrated circuits and other industrial fields, which can effectively solve the ultra-high-speed cutting difficulties of difficult-to-machine materials such as high temperature alloys, titanium alloy, composite materials and quenched steel etc. The grain size of PM’s nano cemented carbide reaches 0.11μm. PM is one of the few enterprises in the world that mass-produces and sells nano cemented carbide. PM has advanced processing equipment and facilities and the products are exported to many countries and regions around the world such as Europe, America and Japan etc.
